This is guided meditation and relaxation 12 and 21 minute long tracks to help you move into total body and mind relaxation. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep as it is commonly known is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you lay down we move through stages of the body scan and breath awareness. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't found in your average meditation practice, it calms the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
